Jonathan is the company’s founder and Managing Director. Jonathan has successfully led and steered the company over two decades to become the market leading M&E firm that Genlec is today

Long standing Genlec team member Steve is an integral part of the company’s’ board and is responsible for all commercial matters both in terms of internal operations and externally on site

Lead Design Engineer, Steve, manages both internal and external design teams, ensuring the transition from design and operations is cohesive and streamlined. Steve works closely with clients to ensure that all of their requirements are fulfilled and every expectation met.

John is responsible for the procurement of electrical and mechanical products for all projects. He acts as senior liaison with Project Managers and Site Foremen, ensuring the requirements of site are met and positive relationships are developed with suppliers and manufacturers.

Karen oversees and manages every aspect of the company’s finances including preparing management accounts and financial statement, reporting, monitoring and interpreting cash flow.

Amanda has progressed her career at Genlec from Office Administrator to Office Manager. In her current role, she manages the team responsible for all administrative, financial and managerial duties, maintaining the general smooth and successful running of the Genlec office.

Quantity Surveyor, James, is responsible for all post-project management including subcontractor contracts, collating and managing supporting documentation whilst liaising with clients and the supply chain in all commercial matters.

Andrew is responsible for all CAD design works, overseeing and implementing structures, policies and procedures including project schedules, achieving timely implementation and delivery.

Working closely with the designers and on-site management teams. Daniel programmes and manages the commissioning across all projects and facilitates all aspects of the close out process.

Callum is responsible for the design of mechanical services for new buildings including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, domestic services and above ground drainage services. He works closely with the design/site teams during the early stages of a project, through to handover.

Part of the office administration team, Danielle is responsible for the management of the purchase ledger and weekly payroll as well as cash book control and subcontract ledger payments.

Donna manages and oversees all administrative works on a project or client specific basis. Donna ensures that all paperwork is in correct order, implementing and maintaining effective processes, recording and storing all documentation.

As Purchasing Assistant, Elinor acts as daily liaison with site, supporting senior staff in the purchase of mechanical and electrical materials whilst ensuring deadlines are met at each project.
